How to set YouTube API (picture tutorial)

Here is described how to create an Google YouTube API application link it with your GoodStore theme and add information about your subscribers to your widget.

 

First, go HERE.

Create a new project

Set the name. Click “Create”

Wait for a while

Go to APIs&auth -> APIs (on the left side) and click the YouTube Data API.

Click the Enable API.

Got to APIs&auth -> APIs -> Credentials. Create new Client ID.

Select “Web application”. Click the “Configure consent screen”.

Set the “Product name” and click the “Save” button.

Set the “Authorized JavaScript origins” and “Authorized redirect URIs”. Click the “Create Client ID”

Get both the “Client ID” and the “Client Secret” keys.

Paste the “Client ID” and the “Client Secret” keys into the appropriate fields.

 

Save the Theme Options and refresh this page (F5).

Now click on the “Get YouTube Access Token”.
