GoodStore template is hiding sliders on mobile devices, because we think that there are all text unreadable and also it help to battery life.
If you want to show it, please add into Theme Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS this:
.hide-sliders .builder-section .rev_slider_wrapper {
display: block!important;
}
