For correct functionality you have to have installed and activated JaW Shortcode plugin (it's already included in .zip - downloaded from themeforest.net)

Shortcodes are designed for creating macros to be used in a post's content. If you add shortcode into content, so on that place will be shown appropriate content.

If you want to insert somewhere e.g. Login Form so you can add there [jaw_login]and on frontend you'll see login form.
