How to Set Blog Carousel

We will create a page that will contain a blog carousel with some additional setting. So, before we start creating something cool, we will have to pay attantion to some important settings. The settings of items, rows and columns such as category, number of posts in whole slider, number of posts in one slide, column count and blog type. These are the most important settings you will have to pay attantion. So enough talking and let’s begin!

Our goal is to set up Vertical blog carousel with max 20 posts with 4 posts in one slide and 1 column. So simply create a new Post and go to RevoComposer, choose Blog Carousel element and click edit (wrench-like icon).

Now, you should see the element’s setting window, where we can set some awesome stuff 🙂

There is a lot of options that we can set, so in this tutorial, we are going to show you the most important settings you should know how to create awesome blog carousel. You need to remember these names:

Include Category – posts categories you can simply include by a click

Number of Posts (in whole slider) – how many posts will be shown in the whole slider, means that for example we want to show overall 20 posts, but we want to show only 4 posts in one slide (5 slides)

Number of Posts (in one slide) – how many posts will be shown in the one slide (in our case 4 posts in one slide)

Columns Count – how many posts will be shown in columns

Blog Type – lots of well designed blog types

As you can see here, we set 20 posts with 4 posts in one slide in 2 columns and used Vertical blog type.

Now we change only column from 2 to 4 and the blog carousel will look pretty different.

There are lots of options you can set and the finall carousel will look differently everytime you change some options 🙂

Enjoy.
