Post Offset in Categories
Do you have some latest posts in featured area of the category and don’t want to show it in regular list of category, so here is JaW plugin for this feature: DOWNLOAD JaW Offset Category plugin
Install and activate it and go to Category edit and set Post offset by your needs.
Result will looks like this:
