After click this button, you’ll see modal widow with form. Here is tutorial how to set it up.

1 – Install and activate these plugins:

• Contact Form 7
• Popup Maker

2 – Create new contact form

Go to  Contact -> Contact forms and get there shortcode

For more customization of contact form, please follow official documentation.

3 – Set up Modal

Go to Popup maker -> Modals click “Add New”  and Name it.

“Target Condition” set to “On Entire Site”.

To “Content” put shortcode of Contact form.

Publish it.

Now go back to All Popups, hereyou can see the ID. Copy it.

4 – Connect the Modal with Menu button.

Go to Theme Options -> Header Settings -> Menu.

Set “Show Submit Message in Menu” to “On” and as “Popup Maker ID” set ID of created Modal.

Save Theme Options.

5 – Done

On frontend you can now see “Submit Message / Video / Leave s Tip” button.

After click you can see modal window with contact form.

But what if you want open modal after image click?

If you have e.g. jaw_img shortcode:

[jaw_img ... class="popmake-YOURID" ]

Just add class parameter as popmake-YOURID. YOURID you can find here:

This you can use also with your divs, a, span, …. HTML tags.
