URL duplicates posts creating extra 2 url's - /#comments and /#

HiWe noted on site audit crawl that posts are creating to additional urls for example:mypost/ - the main urlmypost/#comments - duplicate content on main url/# - 2nd duplicate content of main url.Be great if you can please advise.. on how to fix please.Thank you for your help..Kindest regardsRoy
