Theme options doesn't load. FAQ and review function disappear

Hi, I haven't been checking on this website for a few years now, since it seems to be working fine and bring in orders.
But upon checking back there have been issues with
- Theme options not loading
- FAQ and Review have disappeared
I believe there are other things too. I'm not sure if the current theme installed is updated. Could you please check and let me know what to do next?
