Tried to install and uninstall several times. Its getting worst every time I do it.

Initially I was able to install the theme via FTP (Wordpress installation did not work) but could never see it running online. Same error every time.
Then after uninstalling and installing could not even see the wordpress running.

I made several websites before using word press and themes but this is first time I could not move further.

Please help..
