Hi
I have landed into a very tricky situation. It is around a
tax (gst in Australia).
Client wants
1.
Product to be displayed tax inclusive.
2.
Australian customer should be charged GST @10%
3.
International customer – no tax
I set tax values in woo commerce setting as below
First row - AU – 10%
Second row
- blank – 0
Calculate tax based on- customer shipping
address
Display prices in the shop – Including tax
Everything is working fine from the check
out or cart point of view but the product price on catalogue or featured item is different from the actual product page i.e.
based on the shipping address (international) the website displays tax
exclusive price in product page which
is misleading.
How can I display the same product price no
matter when is my shipping address.
If I select Shop base address as tax
calculation criterion then international customer gets charged with tax minor-latin;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin;

Currently I have the setting as Shop base
address as tax calculation criterion because customer was getting panic.
