after update too version goodstore 1.2.3 I have many problems!

First, if I have change somethings in theme options, all css styles was not showing. The website was unformated.

Now, I have install the theme three times later, i can't change something. The message is ".../css/custom-styles.css is not writeable". But this file is not available. Also if I insert an empty file names like custom-styles.css, the message shows again. The permission from the css-folder is 777!

I dont 't understand, why need a change in theme option the css folder the permission 777.
