wordpress-3.9.2 issue

I had installed a fresh copy of WordPress and did the typical install. Then I noticed some issues. The pull down for any of the items in the Woocommerce back-end is not showing a pull down, but instead it show the list in the page. I turned off the theme and all was working fine with the default theme per wordpress.
