Removing Logo

I am having trouble removing the Goodstore logo. I am able to upload a logo in Appearance - Header but it goes behind the goodstore log. When i try to upload logo in Theme Options it goes to www.domainname.com/0 and is a broken image. I change wp-content permission to 755, 777, and 775
