lost all my custom style after updating

Hi, i try to update good store, but when i select the new theme all my pre selection is lost (style etc.)I try 2 ways :andbut nothing change : where are all my options set ? i don't want to fixe them again : how can i save all my option styles etc? before update ?thank you
