PO translation files location

So, my productmanager translated the PO files from the theme into Dutch, you can see:However, when I upload these to goodstore/languages and wpcontent/themes/languages/goodstore-nl_NL it doesn't change the front end into the local language. Both wordpress and Woocommerce are loaded in Dutch, so I'd like to know what the correct locations are and if something must be changed in functions.php of the theme.Kind regards,Bert
