i'd like to have my site look like the LookBook demo but i'm having a hard time figuring it all out

has anyone gotten the LookBook demo fully working on your site?

any tips or info on how to get it working?

for example, how can i get the homepage to have the dynamic little yellow price tag things working as in the demo slider:
