Mobile Testimonial Layout

Hi there,
Is it possible to have the quote bubbles appear above the Customer avatars in the Mobile version of the Testimonials? Please see the two attached screen shots for reference.
Also, can you make it possible to use HTML formatting inside of the quote bubbles in the Testimonial features? I would like to use italics, bold, links, etc. etc. etc. I think this would be a huge benefit and improvement to this feature.
