missing products in categories

Hi,
after upgrading woocommerce to 3.0.8 (considered as safe) I miss all the products in the categories - eg. http://moda-ewa.sk/kategoria-produktu/pre-panov/mikiny-tricka/ . Looks like the products are ther (they are counted) but not visible, or showed.
Any help?
