Remove Comment Count On Related Posts

I'd like to do one of two things.1) Keep the related posts feature at the bottom of every post page while REMOVING the comment count. I don't allow comments on the site, so the 0 is annoying and gives readers the wrong impression. I can't figure out how to do this.OR2) If the above is not possible, I'd like to kill the related posts feature altogether.Please advise. Thanks!Example page:
