integrating ad banner from mantis

hi there.i am using gdaynews theme and my ad provider is mantis network.their first integration is through their own wp plugin for wordpress and their banners have to be installed through a widget you need to place at the correct positions.their second way to do it :Place a javascript code in the bottom of your <body> tags (or after all zone tags have been inserted) on all pages.and then insert a simple html code in the place we want the banner to show upin your theme, there is possibility to add manually pictures/links to a banner and a google code.i was wondering what do you advise would be the most simple way to integrate that into your theme ?knowing i am a wp newbie (been using joomla for years) so i am a bit clueless :)
