UPLOADING ERROR [NOT A NEWBIE]

Hey fellas!This is my sixth wordpress site I'm running. I do maintance for several sites and design a lot of them. However, I just purchased the GDN theme, uploaded the zip (gdn-theme.zip) and the word press zip (themeforest-16897309-gdn-magazine-theme-wordpress-theme.zip) and neither of them work.I get the error:"Are you Sure you want to do this?"Please Try again.Anyone know how I can upload it?
