Some issues with the design

Hello1) Menu dropdown appear fullwidth when i choose the "simple" menu style. I have chosen the menu to be drop down not full width under the menu section.2) Drop down menu turns transparent on scroll.3) Some numbers in the G&W Post widget get cropped
- I need to know the appropriate sizes of images for each blog type. Some blog types crop part of the image to make it fit. Any recommendation?
