Woocommerce compatability

Hi I'm using WC Vendors plugin with your amazing Goodstore theme but I am having some issues.WC Vendors are saying that my theme is not 100% Woocommerce compatible because Goodstore is not using templates and actions / hooks but using a woocommerce.php file in the root of the theme.Please see this link:Can you help?thanks
