Nothing is showing up on my homepage

I don't know what just happened but my homepage is not showing up anything at all. But when you look at my Revo Composer it should look like this
My ESS Grid is supposed to look like this--
I tried to do a new page and assemble everything again. Everything was ok on preview, but once I published the page, everything disappeared again.What's happening? Anyone please help? Thanks!
