Redirect Loop Issue

I'm trying to redirect users when they login in to the my-account page. I have entered in the page id of the my account page into the redirect for:
- Login
- Registration
- Wrong Login
Now when I try to login, register or try a wrong login I am receiving an redirect loop error. I have already spoken with my hosting company and they said its an issue with the theme. I have since removed the page id's from the above, but now in the meantime it can't be used.
I want to redirect logins, registrations and wrong log in's to the my account page.
