no shipping methods

If I add this item to my cart: http://03ca987.netsolhost.com/ctshotgun/product/beretta-dt-11-sporting-factory-show-and-display-gun-12-gauge/ and put in a Canada address as the billing address, I get an error:
There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.
I have a weight for the item and the dimensions - what else could be causing this? (Any order with a U.S. address is already set up for a $10 flat shipping fee which works fine)
