On your GoodStore theme "on home page" the product images are automatically pulled from individual products. This causes the images to crop up and not display fully "as per attached screenshot"

I want to find out if I stop this cropping up of images from product preview area "home page" OR else if I can display custom thumbnails of products, i.e product images are not automatically pulled from individual product, but rather displayed via a custom thumbnail image.

We have images in square and rectangular size and we want to show appropriate size to customer so crop up is an issue.
