Woocommerce carousel - problem with product categories

HI There,Love this theme. I am having problems with the Woocommerce Carousels. For some reason the carousel is not picking up the product categories. I have tried both the slug and the category ID however this does not work. I have updated the theme to version 2.2.2Please help.
