Hello,
This is my first time buying your product, and my first post here. Thank you for your beautiful theme, I hope I can make it look half as good as yours with all the wonderful funcionalities. Unfortunately the help file you provided doesn't answer most of my questions, and I have just started, so I had to search for the answers myself, and there is a good chance I did something I shouldn't have, which I hope you can help me with.

PROBLEM 1
1) just after installing the theme and the child theme plus the demo content, I started installing and activating the required and recommended plugins. Most of them didn't install, and the error message said sth about "wrong address" or "link"
2) I figured I should copy the plugins from the plugin folder provided by you in \main_files\plugins, so I did, after unzipping the folders, through ftp
3) While the folders were being copied, I changed the permissions of folders to 775, taking advice provided in this forum
4) After copying of the files was completed, I haven't been able to even access the admin section of wordpress (the main site is not affected), receiving the folowing error info:

Warning: require_once(menu/JawMenu.class.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in (...)/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jaw-menu/jaw-menu.php on line 19



Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'menu/JawMenu.class.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php53/lib/php/') in (...)/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jaw-menu/jaw-menu.php on line 19

What can I do to fix this? Without access to the wordpress admin section there is nothing I can try to do by myself. Also, how do I have these plugins installed?

PROBLEM 2
1) after installing the theme and the child theme I chose the demo content in your theme options, and I downloded the content, which resulted in lots of error messages and lines of code on the main site




2) I gathered the problem was in the missing plugins hence the steps I took as described in PROBLEM 1

So my question is -is the problem in the plugins and if so, how can I fix it, and also -where are the picture files, they shouldn't have anything to do with the plugins or do they?

I will appreciate speedy answer to my problems, I am sure there will be many hard steps to take and things to learn while creating this site, but having this ind of problems in the very beginning is the first for me.... I would like to now what I am doing wrong... Thanks in advance.
