Page Not Found Error When Click On Category Links

Hi,I am not sure what has happened here since there were some updates and I also added an SSL certificate to my website but now when I click on any of the product links or category links it says Page Not Found. All the categories and products still exist in the admin section so I do not know why they are not showing up on the website.Your help fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
