Not displaying Add to Cart Button

Hi,Users who are not registered with us for them I want to remove the add to cart button from the products. we have managed to remove the prices but the Add to cart button is displayed and it actually Add the product to cart with price. This is what I am actually trying to achieve:Thank you.
