Cannot get theme to import still

I've checked over all of my site and server settings and still cannot get the import to properly pull content... Here is my error log... http://tinyurl.com/kgx2dk7
Any ideas? I tried importing demo content 3 times in a row... in hopes things would "fix" - but nothing changed. It will import menu, pages, and many other things... here is the import report... http://tinyurl.com/nsswsr8
