top-bar and footer questions

Hello, I would like to change some things in top-bar and footer.The 1º pic show the top bar with account and cart one above the other. I found that if I change @media only screen and (max-width: 479px).col-lg-7 {with width: 340px; it works well, but i don´t know if affects other parts of the page
In this pic you can see footer very disordered. I use 4 spaces in the footer , and I wish they were all over each other . Is it possible ?In this case, top-bar is perfect!Thanks in advance!
