How can I limit Catalog Page to Max 9 Prods Per Page ?

Hello SirI want to change the display style of my Site Catalog Page to max limit of 9 Prods Per Page. Despite changing the Prod limit to #9 under Theme Options, Catalog is still displaying all prods on single page. See screenshot below.
How can display Pages # on my catalog page as shown on Demo Style ? See screenshot below
