Styling Options not working

I've been trying to customize the colors and such using "Styling Options" which is found in "Theme Options." When I make the changes and click "Save All Changes" it says "Options Updated" but it doesn't actually make the changes. I've tried clearing my cache and using different browsers but nothing is working.Help?
