Fatal Error On Line 471 When Activating Theme

Hi,
Awesome theme, can't wait to get set up. When I installed the theme and clicked activate i got this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/seansplr/public_html/dev/wp-content/themes/goodstore/functions.php on line 471
Any ideas?
