Changing text on the buttons

Hi,
Call to Action – How can I change text on the button? I don’t
see this option when I go design tab. It looks like the design tab content is
not fully displayed. Is that the reason? Also I don’t have a dropdown short
code icon like one showed in point 9 (Shortcodes) of your documentation. I do
have Version 1.0.1. of JaW Shortcodes Plugin installed.How do I update theme to a new version? Thanks for help.
