Theme Installation problem

  • Hi,

    While Uploading the the theme from the wp-admin .it is saying "do you want to do this". 

    and i uploaded through cpanel . and i made it install and i also installed the plugins . and after activating the plugins . the wordpress admin panel

    is not opening . so could you help me .
