Cart not instantly updating since update?

Hi there,I've just noticed since the latest update, the cart doesn't update right away. Caching is off and when I add a product, but especially when I remove a product, I have to refresh the browser or navigate to another page several times before it shows the updated change. Can you shed any light on why this might be happening? Thanks.~ Daniel
