View on smart phone alteration

  • Hi there,
    love the theme but the client I'm working for has pointed out that when you visit their site on a mobile phone, the menu hierarchy appears at the bottom of the page, not the top. If you go into the site on a mobile and go to WOMENS CLOTHING, COATS & JACKETS then you have to scroll to near the bottom to see the SIZE menu.
    Is there a way to make that appear at the top?
