Ess grid showing blank when i import the images into GRid

Hi GuysWhen i try to create the new grid and chose the source as "Custom Grid" .. Then when i import the images it shows blank when i hover the image its shows. i dont know whats wrong with this. its not showing by default. something is wrong here.How to fix it . Please help me.
