JaW Plugins Update Error

I tried to update the jaw plugins, customposts, Menu, Shortcodes & Widgets, they did not update, the screen just hung, I let it sit for a long time. Now when I visit my main page of the site, it is broken. I could use your help with this.I sent a email about this, but here I've included my WP and FTP info.Just a note, the word "avalible" is spelled "available". I have had excellent customer service in the past, I even mentioned how much I loved it in the review I did of the theme. I do appreciate the support you provide. Thank you.
