My standard delivery charge is £1.99 which works fine.

In order for me to have free standard delivery for pen orders i created a class called pen orders and in order for it to work i put in -1.99 which then made it work out as free standard delivery. I also created an additional cost called express delivery top give them the option to choose it. which for example set as 5.99. Only problem is that it also takes away the 1.99 charge from it. I really only want it to take it away from the standard delivery and not the additional cost aswell. Is there a way i could get this to work?
