WP updated my site to 5.3.3 and widgets and menu items are not working properly

Hi, updated to the latest wordpress and my arrows and menus are not working in the dashboard. I figured it was a conflict with the theme, so updated to the latest Goodstore theme 5.5, but it seems to be still having the same issues.Wondering if updating the theme also updates the JAW included plugins, which I think is the issue or would I need to also update those? If so, could you point me in the right direction to do that, I didn't see a way to do itScott
