Registration link in top bar & linking to checkout page and cart not working

Hi, I am not managing to find the correct settings to get the woocommerce links to work. The Buttons in the top bar ( my account, wishlist, cart ) do not work when clicking, only when hovering BUT what bothers me most is that after I add a product to the cart I cannot get to the checkout page or to the view cart page AND I cannot seem to register on the site only to LOGIN. Please advise Thank you !
