Missing woocommerce shipping choices

Hi,
I'm not sure if it is problem of theme or woocommerce or what is going on, but in admin side / backend I cannot see any possibility to update types of shipment, zones or anything else. However, in checkout of the Cart I see the old ones working.
I need to change the shipment types, so I need to find out how.
Any idea?
