Header Customization and Slider Adjustment

Good Day Jaw Templates.
I have 2 issues here
1. How do i get the top header where the phone number (Need Help) is just like the image below and are there other widget area for the aside the two beside the Good store logo i.e FREE SHIPPING and NEXT DAY?
2. How can i get a comprehensive video tutorial on how to add the slider. REV Slider
I will like if you can just help me add sample slider of the size i have here. The slider section will be in three colums. the middle for the slider, and the one at the sides will be images, which i can do myself, please check www.jumia.com.ng for sample slider.
