I lost my plugins :)

I use your theme for one website and I really do not know what happened, but I can find some plugins in plugins section or somewhere else in backend of the page
For example Yoast, Contact form 7, Ninja forms.
When I try to download plugin again I can not do it cause folder of this plugin already exists. /www/d/o/u90863/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/
Can you help me pls... I am not a IT person, not at all. Should I go to FTP? I am do not know what to do there...
