getimagesize error om front page logo

Hello Team,I received the following error on my front page:Warning: getimagesize(http://www.shirtwiseshop.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/logo-1_new.jpg): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /home/vintage/public_html/shirtwiseshop.com/wp-content/themes/goodstore/templates/header/header-small-center.php on line 23As advised your forum I tried to update my logo and added allow_url_fopen=1 in my php.ini .Unfortunately this is not fixing the issue. Please assist. Thank you in advance!
