Changing menu text color.

Hi I have a problem, I need to change the menu text color to FFFFFF. When I change the CSS it is working but also changing the other links in my websites pages. Is there a way I just change the color for the menu links and all the others ? I noticed there is an option to do this but only works for small header style.
